Content License

"Your Content" means text prompts, fridge or spice-rack photos, voice notes, references and any other data you upload or submit to the service.

You retain all rights in Your Content.

You grant KHOMKAI THAI CUISINE LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to:

- Host, store, transmit and process Your Content to operate the service.

- Generate AI outputs (recipes, plating cards, wok-side reels) from Your Content for you.

- Cache Your Content for up to 30 days after deletion for operational, debugging and abuse-detection purposes.

This licence terminates when you delete Your Content, except for the 30-day cache and any legally required retention.

AI outputs generated from Your Content ("Outputs") belong to you, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and to the rights of any third party depicted in Your Content. We do not warrant that Outputs are original, non-infringing or safe to publish; please review every Output before sharing.

You represent that you own or have all necessary licences for Your Content.

Your Content does not violate any privacy, intellectual-property or publicity right.

You have obtained consent from any identifiable person depicted in Your Content.

Your Content is not used to train third-party foundation models.

We may use anonymised and aggregated signals to improve the service. You may opt out of any internal training use in account settings.

Content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law may be removed without notice.
